SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the UK.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Fashion Room is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Fashion Room is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Process: To return an item, please email us at fashionroomofficial@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at fashionroomofficial@outlook.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
